Choco De Jesus

Choco De Jesús is the senior pastor of New Life Covenant Church in Chicago, Illinois, the largest Assemblies of God congregation in the nation. New Life is a church for the hurting with over 125 ministries, including an intensive discipleship program for college age students, a ministry reaching out to gang members, and a residential/recovery program for women struggling to overcome addiction and/or prostitution.

De Jesús is the founder and executive director of New Life Family Services, a non-profit agency which operates a homeless shelter for women with children and an after school program. He also serves as the vice president of Social Justice for The National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference.

Choco is the author of Amazing Faith, and he is sought after as a motivational speaker at various church and community events, conferences, and school assemblies throughout the nation and abroad. He lives in Chicago with his wife, Elizabeth, and their three children, Alexandria, Yesenia, and Wilfredo, Jr.
