WHY SHOULD I EXHIBIT?

GENERAL COUNCIL is an excellent opportunity for exhibitors to showcase products and talk to church leaders and key decision makers.

WHO COMES TO GENERAL COUNCIL?

More than 30,000 delegates and visitors attend, including pastors, Christian Education directors, student and music ministers, Sunday School workers, evangelists, missionaries, church growth specialists, family members, and others.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF GENERAL COUNCIL?

GENERAL COUNCIL acquaints our constituency with business and ministry resources which benefits and enhances their ministries. Exhibitors are encouraged to display and share information about products and resources that support ministries of the local church.

HOW DO I REGISTER?

First, download and get acquainted with the Exhibitor Policies and Procedures guide. This will help you with all the criteria of eligibility, logistics, etc.

Then, register:
  • Register as an Exhibitor Now, or
  • FAX the Exhibitor Application Form to Convention Services Group at (417) 862-7891 (NOTE: Credit card is required for your faxed application), or
  • MAIL the Exhibitor Application Form to Convention Services Group Exhibitor Registration, 1445 N. Boonville Avenue, Springfield, MO 65802-1894.
  • NO TELEPHONE registrations please.

FIRST-TIME EXHIBITOR?

If you are a first-time exhibitor, please download and complete the Exhibitor Profile Form . Please submit your completed profile form to exhibits@ag.org.

ONCE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS IS COMPLETE...

The General Council Executive Leadership Team (ELT) will review applications making sure eligibility requirements have been met. Upon approval by the ELT, Convention Services Group will confirm exhibitor booth space(s) via email. Exhibitors will receive housing information. Exhibitors may access the Excel Decorators link (available January 2013) to request furnishings and utilities.

June 3, 2013 Proof of Music Authorization Due
July 1, 2013 Exhibit Requests Due (space permitting, exhibitor registration will remain open through July 12)
July 1, 2013 Exhibit Cancellation Requests Due (in writing)
July 1, 2013 Certificate of Insurance Due
